These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unit Network mobile application and platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and private keys. Unit Network cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Unit Network provides a platform for creating and trading tokens. Token values are determined by market activity. We make no guarantees about token prices, liquidity, or investment returns. Trading tokens involves risk, including the risk of total loss. You trade at your own risk.
Transactions on the Unit Network may be subject to network fees. Fee structures are displayed before you confirm transactions. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice.
The Unit Network app, brand, and related materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission. Content you create (profiles, token descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data displayed. Blockchain data is sourced from the network and may be subject to delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unit Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. On-chain assets remain accessible via your private keys regardless of account status.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
